Our DCART monthly meeting is on Winlink. A lot to learn. Our Dispatch radio station is being upgraded by a lot of antenna work, hard wiring improvements and ultimately new radios. Our repeater system operates now under the CARS group (Churchill Amateur Radio Society). Now we can work on upgrades and legal matters. We learned that the Mono County repeater, 146.655 (our Alpine backup), has been removed and sent for repairs.. Our primary linked repeater system is the 147.270 group. A good back up now would be 147.330 (with permission and clear frequency).
