Key Objective: Pass traffic from field stations to Red Cross Sacramento headquarters with these goals
1. Move message traffic into the Red Cross mailbox at ka6arc@winlink.org.
2. To evaluate the capabilities and skills of individual operators to attach a file to a Winlink email message.

• Zipped version of Sample .K2 Flmsg File to be transmitted during exercise.
  Unzip before attaching to winlink messages.
