Comments:

N6CKV, Carl First: A lot of the ARES members participated in Winter Field Day

KI6YUK, DL "Larry" Trotter: MOU's signed with 2 of 3 Hospitals on the Plumas re PARC equipment on Hospital sites for EmComm (Seneca and Eastern Plumas). Having issues with PDH signing the MOU, reason unknown. Issues on Mt. Hough machine are being resolved by encoding Rx side of individual radios.

KA7AJQ, Sheila Clement: 2019 January Alpine/Douglas ARES Comment Douglas County Amateur Radio Team (DCART) members reported time for the following activities: nets, meeting, taking and giving classes, studying digital modes (FLdigi and Winlink), packet operations, working on and programming radio equipment, working with nets and radio equipment at the hospitals and Nevada Division of Emergency Management, planning for the June Pony Express Reride through Nevada (KE7NCJ), and the Tonopah NV ARES Leadership meeting (KD7NHC and N7TNX) . The ARES Connect process is in place though we are working through a lot of questions. Members should establish your accounts, sign up for events and keep me posted on how things are going. DCART welcomes new member Tom Seeley, W4FLL. We will update our membership listings within a couple of weeks. DCART does not have a web site just now. We are looking into setting up one through the County. Sheila Clement, KA7AJQ ARES Emergency Coordinator Alpine and Douglas Counties Alpine County

KG6SJT, Gregory Kruckewitt: Continued training, work on winlink templates, and public service events

n5bmu, chad linden: we decided at our meeting to go from monthly meetings to bimonthly meetings and doing radio nets on the off months

KE6GLA, Jay Harmor: ARES Trail for Coloma Discovery of Gold Special Event Station.

KK6LDS, Doug Hollowell: Effective February 2019, the Yolo-Colusa ARES Emergency Coordinator will be Dale J. Dennis, KJ6HHY.

KJ6WYW, Daniel L. Edwards: I'm really late on this one. I will try to do better this month

K6JBH, Robert Cobb: Did some testing with Modoc ARES this month in preparation for a upcoming Event in the community of Bieber. Just acquired a Yaesu System Fusion repeater that we will be putting on Likely Mtn this spring to allow us to have better communication with Modoc ARES.
